This Week at Rotary
It was Club Meeting week and attendance was up! President Andy Rangen prepared 11 topics that were formed from the member survey data that was recently gathered. Those topics were printed out, along with a series of related questions, and split amongst the tables to discuss. Each table was challenged to form ideas on how to improve said topic and present it to the group. Topics included things like; Fundraising without selling, Growing membership to 100, Reverse Raffle 2.0, and Visibility of Club Impact just to name a few. Ideas were discussed and shared in a fast pace atmosphere. The exercise highlighted not just how much work there is to do, but also how much every member has the ability to contribute to topics they may not normally.
